01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 357qk — whether through the website, the mobile app or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. This applies whether or not you have created a registered account with us.

These terms apply to all activities carried out on the 357qk platform, including browsing, account registration, depositing funds in PKR, placing bets on sports events including cricket and PSL, playing casino games, participating in promotions, and using any customer support services.

357qk reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. 02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 357qk you must meet the following requirements without exception:

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 357qk login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account access with any other person.

All activity that takes place on your account — including deposits, bets, bonus claims and withdrawals — is your responsibility. If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 357qk support immediately. We cannot be held responsible for losses that occur before you notify us of any unauthorised access.

You must not allow any other person to use your 357qk account, deposit into your account on your behalf, or access the platform through your credentials. Accounts used by multiple individuals will be closed.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 357qk are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform does not process transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfers
• Debit and credit cards — where supported by your bank
• Mobile wallets — other supported wallets as listed in the deposit section

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the Deposit section of the platform. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes of confirmation, though processing times can vary depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements. 357qk processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. The time taken for funds to reach your account will depend on your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

357qk does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable fees.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

357qk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms attached to that specific promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 357qk promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.
• 357qk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, modify its terms, or cancel it if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in a particular promotion.

Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with the intent to eliminate risk, or any other manipulation of promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 357qk platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and sports betting markets — are governed by their own individual game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the specific rules of any game before playing.

The outcomes of all casino games on 357qk are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. No strategy, system or pattern of play can influence or predict RNG outcomes. Sports betting results are determined by the actual outcomes of real sporting events including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, football and esports events as reported by official sources.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 357qk platform:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with games or place bets
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or pricing mistake in your favour without reporting it to 357qk immediately
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information when placing sports bets
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with any part of the 357qk platform

357qk reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is clear evidence of a technical error that resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, the affected bet amount will be returned to your account balance in PKR.

07 Responsible Gaming

357qk is an entertainment platform for adults. We take our responsibility towards player wellbeing seriously and provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set amount of time playing

08 Account Suspension and Closure

357qk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials
• Breach of fair play rules or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Any behaviour that 357qk reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform or other players

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned after investigation if the circumstances warrant it, at the sole discretion of 357qk.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before doing so, please make sure that any pending withdrawals have been processed and your balance has been settled.

09 Privacy and Data

357qk collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and fulfil other operational requirements of the platform. 10 Limitation of Liability
